Health & Wellness Ministry
There will be a meeting in the Banquet Room this Sunday, After the Morning Worship Service for anyone interested is participating in this ministry.

A church can play an important role in encouraging, assisting and supporting its members to make healthy lifestyle choices. Psalm 139: 14- I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made, marvelous are Your works. And that my soul knows very well. Therefore, we should be good stewards over our bodies and care for them as precious gifts, recognizing that through them we mirror God’s divine handiwork.
A health and wellness ministry should plan and promote activities that will meet the needs of the congregation. It should also serve to promote whole-person health and healing — body, mind and spirit. This ministry should try and incorporate a variety of community services whenever possible.
