Thank you for volunteering at the 2023 Fall Festival! 

 

Here are some general instructions for the day

Arrival: 

Everyone plan to arrive 30 minutes before your shift begins, this will allow you time to park and get where you need to be. 

​

Worker Lanyards:

1st Shift: please check in with Penny Jones at the north entrance registration to get your lanyard. 

2nd Shift: please retrieve your lanyard from the person you are replacing. 

​

Parking (see graphic):

1st Shift: will park in the front yard, along the bush line. 

2nd Shift: will drive up Carly Road, and park in Dr. Miller’s side/back yard. 

​

Cleanup: 

Tables, Chairs, Light Kitchen Work, Cleaning up the Corn Pit. Please let reply to this message, or text Gregg or Denya if you can help from 5:00-5:30. A Team will make this fast and efficient.
